If your district has enabled the Service Fulfillment module, you will see two columns on the Student Summary Data Exploration pages: "Fulfillment Level" and "Fulfillment." These columns provide a high-level overview of each student's overall service fulfillment.
Note: Service Fulfillment thresholds can be customized by your district. To adjust these thresholds, please refer to our article Edit Service Fulfillment Thresholds (Administrator Only)
The "Fulfillment Level" column is helpful for grouping students to identify those who are performing well or those who may need extra support. Learn how to group this information in our article Sort, Filter & Group Tables
The "Fulfillment" column visually represents each student's overall service completion. Hovering over this column will display a detailed breakdown, including percentages and total minutes for delivered, missed (excused), remaining, and reduced services.
To see more information, click on the student's name, this will take you to the Student Detail page where you can take a deeper dive into this student's service fulfillment data.
