For service fulfillment customers, calendar events may reduce the expected minutes for a service in one or more periods.
Daily Services: Minutes are reduced for each day a calendar event overlaps with the service period date
Weekly Services: If the number of weekdays in the week with a calendar event meets a minimum threshold, the expected minutes for the week are reduced proportionally by: (number of weekdays with calendar events / 5)
Monthly Services: If the number of weekdays in the month with a calendar event meets a minimum threshold, the expected minutes for the month are reduced proportionally by: (number of weekdays with calendar events / number of weekdays in the month)
Service Duration Services: Minutes are only reduced if the calendar event completely spans the service duration - start to end date
Weekly and Monthly Thresholds
For weekly and monthly services, Brolly can reduce the expected minutes if calendar events meet a minimum, configurable threshold. If the number of school event days during a service period exceeds this threshold, the expected minutes will be reduced proportionally.
These controls are locked by default, but you can unlock them at any time by reaching out to your Brolly Customer Success agent who can help walk you through these options.
