When submitting your service tracking logs, a yellow warning message instead of a green confirmation message indicates errors. This article will help you understand these errors.
Identifying Errors:
- Red Triangle: This appears next to rows with errors, hover over it for more details.
- Red Cell: This highlights the specific cell causing the issue, hover over it for more details.
- Pending Errors: Once you have edited a cell, it will no longer be completely highlighted in red; instead, it will have a small red underline to mark that an error has been addressed. Hovering over the cell will display the Pending Error, i.e. the source of the original error. Submitting a log will clear all pending errors that were successfully addressed.
