View Service Logs
When on the home page click the tab labeled "Service Tracking," this will show you all of your Service Tracking Logs sorted by date.

Edit Service Logs
To edit Service Logs:
1. Select the logs you would like to edit by clicking the checkbox in the far left column.
2. Click the blue "Edit selected service logs" button near the top of the page. This will take you to the Service Tracking Grid where you can edit the selected service logs. Make sure to click "Submit" when you are done editing your logs.
Create New Service Logs
If no logs have been selected, clicking the button near the top of the page will take you to the Service Tracking Grid where you can create new Service Logs. Follow the instructions in our article Creating Service Tracking Logs to create Service Tracking Logs.
