1. Navigate to the Settings Page


2. Click School Calendar



3. Click the blue “Add Event” button in the upper left corner



4. Fill out all fields of the Form

    - Check the "Prohibit Log Submission" to disable logging during the calendar event

    - Check the "Require Service Minutes" if you still expect services to be delivered during the calendar event (Service Fulfillment Module)




5. Click the blue “Save” button in the lower right corner to create event




Tip: You can also select specific dates or drag over multiple dates on the calendar to pre-fill the form.
