At the top of the page, you'll find four dark gray boxes displaying high-level information based on the filters you've selected. To learn more about filtering options, please refer to our articles on Using the Date Filter & Using the Data Exploration Filter.
The “Users Without Service Logs” and “Users Without Progress Logs” boxes have a small icon in the lower right. Clicking this icon will take you to the User Summary page pre-sorted to have these users at the top of the list.
