The grid will perform a quick check. If everything looks good, your notes will be saved, and you'll see a green confirmation message with a green circle icon appearing next to each submitted row. If there are errors, you'll see warning messages with instructions on how to fix them. You can also refer to our article on Understanding Student Notes Grid Validation

Note: You can only submit a maximum of 100 notes at a time. Submit them in batches if you have more than 100 notes.

Editing After Submission:

  • Click on the cell you want to edit and make the changes.
  • Re-submit the specific note by checking the box and clicking "Submit All" again.

Note: You can edit all cells except "Student." To change the student, you'll need to delete the existing note and create a new one with the correct student information.

Deleting Notes:

  1. Check the box next to the note you want to delete.
  2. Click the red “Delete” button.
  3. A confirmation message will appear. Follow the prompts to permanently delete the note.

Note: Clicking the yellow “Remove” button will not delete the note, it will simply remove it from the grid.
