Using Log Templates can significantly reduce the time you spend creating Service Tracking Logs or Progress Monitoring Logs
If you have not created a Log Template yet, check out our guide Create a Log Template
Alternatively, you can create a template on the fly, which we'll cover later.
Using Log Templates
Select a Log Template from the drop down on the first page of the Quick-Select. Selecting a template here will automatically populate all subsequent Quick Select pages with the information you previously defined.
Once you've chosen a template, simply navigate through the Quick Select pages, verify the details are accurate, and click "Done."
Once you have selected your template, if you do not need to make any more changes you can click the blue Done button that appears to the right of the template selector to skip the next pages and go directly to the grid.
Modifying Templates After Selection
If you make changes on any Quick Select page after selecting a template, you'll be prompted to either continue without saving, or to view changes. If you click "View Changes" you will see a list of changes and options to save, or save as a copy.
Creating a New Template on the Fly
Want to create a brand new template from scratch? Fill out the Quick Select with all the desired options. Before clicking "Done" at the end, utilize the save icon at the top of the page. This allows you to name and save your new template for future use.
