Filter Students by Status (Show Archived Students) Print

Active - A student that is active in our system and not archived

Archived - A student that has been archived. Archived students will be hidden unless explicitly requested to be shown.

Manual - A student that was manually created and is not syncing with your IEP system

Synced - A student that was created from your IEP system

Linked - A Synced student that is actively syncing with your IEP system

Unlinked - A Synced student that is no longer actively syncing with your IEP system.

1. Navigate to the Manage Students Page

2. Click the “Filter” tab on the far right-hand side of the page.

3. Click on "Status" to be able to filter for archived students then check the box nex to "Archived" to show the archived students on the page.

4. To refine your view, select the options you would like to see.
