Once you have logged in you will see your personal dashboard showing you the following information
High-level Data:
The left-hand cards display high-level data that is not necessarily tied to the date range displayed in the calendar.
- Saved Drafts - This card will show you the total number of Drafts you still have pending. This number includes drafts of all types (service tracking, progress monitoring, etc.). The dropdown on this card allows you to open a draft within the corresponding editor page to continue logging. This dropdown is sorted by log type.
- Student List - This card will show you the number of students that are currently on your student list. This card will also show you a warning if there are any potential issues with your Student List
- Log Templates - This card will show you the number of log templates as well as any potential issues with your log templates
Date Range Summaries by Log Type:
The right-hand cards display the same metrics for the different types of logs in Brolly.
Note: These metrics are all tied to the date range and filters set from the calendar. To view date range or filters hover over the icon next to the card title
- Service Logs - Shows number of service logs and service minutes. Also shows any active service tracking drafts for the selected period. Links out to the service tracking grid.
- Progress Logs - Shows number of progress logs and active drafts for the selected period. Links out to the progress monitoring grid.
- Activity Logs - This card will show you the total number of Activity Logs and active drafts for the selected period. Links out to the activity logs grid.
