Clearing provider’s student lists in bulk is a quick way to remove all students from a providers student list. This is usually done at the start of a new school year or semester.
1. Navigate to the Manage Users Page
2. Select providers by clicking the checkbox next to their name. Check out our article Sort, Filter & Group Tables
Note: Scroll all the way to the right to see number of students on each providers student list.
3. Click the red “Clear Student Lists” button at the top of the page
4. Confirm your selection to clear the student lists. You also have the option to remove all log templates for the selected users as well (Note: Inaccessible students will not be visible on provider's log templates)
