Remove or Override a Student's Case Manager

Brolly has added the ability to remove or override a student's case manager.  Follow these steps below to remove/override a student's case manager


1. Navigate to the Student Detail Page by clicking "Student" on the side menu, and selecting the student's name 



2. Click the "Edit" Icon in the Case Manager Row of the Student Info Card


3.  Select "Remove Case Manager" and optionally select an as of date

4. Click Save at the bottom of the page


Notes on Bulk Caseload Editing

Bulk Editing Limitations

  • The bulk caseload editing feature is additive only - you can add multiple students to a caseload at once, but cannot bulk remove students
  • To remove students from a caseload, you must either:
    • Reassign them to another case manager's caseload
    • Remove the case manager assignment individually from each student's profile

Selection Restrictions

  • Students appearing disabled (grayed out) in the caseload editor are already assigned to your caseload
  • These students require individual removal or reassignment as described above
