Brolly has several new features being released in March 2025.
Calendar Events Automatically Reduce Expected Minutes
For weekly and monthly services, Brolly can now reduce expected minutes if calendar events meet a minimum, configurable threshold. If the number of school events during a service period exceeds this threshold, the expected minutes will be reduced proportionally.
Supports Detail Report
For customers using Brolly's "Supports" features, a report is now available to view a summary of all supports for a student, and all of the associated service and progress logs that have referenced that those supports.
Group Draft and Submitted Logs
Logging grids are now organized into "Draft" and "Submitted" groups to help organize your workflow.
Cleaning Up Old Drafts
Brolly will now help you identify and clean up old drafts.
Drafts will be considered "Outdated" after 30 days of no activity. You can view outdated drafts on the Provider Home Page, and can delete them from the Outdated Drafts dropdown if you wish.
Drafts will also be considered "Expired" after 90 days of no activity. Expired drafts will be deleted automatically.
Deleting a draft will delete any unsubmitted draft logs associated with that draft; submitted logs that originated from that draft will not be affected.
Other Updates
- Progress Monitoring options can now be hidden from the Data Exploration progress timeline charts in your district settings
- The "Student Detail" report has been updated to condense student services, goals, and supports
