"Log Templates" Updates

  • Allow Log Templates to be created without goals; only services
  • Update Log Templates directly from “Progress Monitoring” page is now functional


Report Formatting Updates

  • Separate column for “Missed” on some reports
  • Including day of week on report dates, e.g. “Wed 8/14/2024”
  • Including student grade in “Missed/Excused Services Report”
  • Exclude all missed services from “Billing Report”


“Manage Users” Page Updates 

  • User invites now have the option to “Generate Invite Link” for admins to send a link directly to users in addition to emailing invites
  • Filters by “Schools” and “Types” columns now function correctly
  • “Inactivate” button renamed to “Deactivate”
  • Student name ordering rules apply correctly on student list edit menu
  • Bulk clearing student lists now has the option to clear log templates as well


Improved Error Messages on Login Pages

  • Warns users if their accounts are locked out or do not have a confirmed email


“Settings” Page Updates 

  • Users’ names now follow same rule as student name ordering
  • Option to disable “Service Settings” has been removed
  • Option for “Do Not Allow Weekend Dates” is now respected on “Service Tracking” and “Progress Monitoring”
