On the Brolly login page, click on the link "Forgot Password." You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password reset link will be sent to the email you use for your Brolly account.
I tried the Forgot Password link, but it says my account doesn't exist. What do I do?
If you have already logged into Brolly previously, you may have entered your password incorrectly too many times and been locked out. You can submit a ticket here or click on "Trouble logging in? Submit a ticket" on the Brolly login page.
If this is your first time logging in, you must create a password via the activation email. This email is sent by your administrator or by Brolly before training.
How do I change my password?
When you log into your Brolly account, go to My Account on the left-hand tool bar. Next, select Manage Account and Change Password.
How do I get a Brolly account?
Brolly does not currently support single users, and requires subscriptions are for schools or districts. If your school or district has a Brolly subscription, you should reach out to your administrator to create your account.
